What each label means
An identity check confirms who someone is. It doesn't confirm their skill, that's why we keep them separate.
We checked that the person controls the email or phone number on the account.
The person completed our identity check. This confirms who they are, not how skilled they are.
Our team reviewed their work samples for relevance, credit and plausible ownership.
A skill claim is backed by a task, credential, interview, reference or other documented proof.
Work finished through Gogigger, with feedback recorded from the client.
Report anything
Profiles, projects, messages and reviews can all be reported. Every support case gets a reference number and a visible status.
Fair dispute handling
A clear process with evidence, deadlines, escalation and a recorded outcome. Full policy published before launch.
Private stays private
Identity evidence, payment details and support notes are never shown on public profiles. We never store raw card details.
A note on payments
Payments will be handled through an established, licensed payment provider. We'll publish exactly how payments, refunds, cancellations and payouts work before any real money moves on Gogigger.
